A new customer service and payment point of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore has been officially opened in Mega Mall, providing citizens with easier access to electricity bill payments and related services.
With the opening of this new payment point within the Supply Functional Unit, another important step has been made toward improving service accessibility. Customers can now complete their obligations more quickly and conveniently in a modern and accessible location.

The new office enables faster and more efficient communication with consumers, as well as simpler resolution of any open issues related to bills, payments, and other services. In addition to bill payments, users will also have access to advisory support and assistance in finding optimal solutions regarding their consumption and obligations.
“By opening a new payment point within the Supply Functional Unit in Mega Mall, we are taking another important step toward improving the accessibility of our services to citizens. The working hours of the EPCG payment point are from 08:00 to 16:00.
